By completing the form on this site, you consent to the processing of your personal information and authorise the Pierre & Vacances - Center Parcs Group, as data controller, to collect and process personal information about you in its database, namely, your first name and surname, home address, phone number, training, current position, work experience, degrees, awards, interview summaries, etc., and, more broadly, any information and personal data which you communicate spontaneously as part of your application. Your Data shall not be used to make a decision based on automated processing.

 

Responses for fields marked with an asterisk are obligatory and failure to enter a response is likely to compromise the follow-up of your application. In other cases, they are optional and of no consequence to your application.

 

The Pierre & Vacances - Center Parcs Group informs you that it may also enhance your profile with information about you, namely information collected during its interactions with you, whether written, via telephone or physical interviews

 

This information is subject to computer processing for the management of your application. Your data may also be included in a CV library which will enable the Pierre & Vacances - Center Parcs Group to provide you with other offers, where applicable.

 

To facilitate internal and external recruitment, the Pierre & Vacances - Center Parcs Group uses the DigitalRecruiters software, published by the company Cegid, to share job offers and to collect and manage applications.

 

The Pierre & Vacances - Center Parcs Group acts as the controller of the personal data communicated and Cegid acts as a subcontractor. The implementation of data processing as part of recruitment management is in the legitimate interest of the Pierre & Vacances - Center Parcs Group in ensuring the continuity of its services. The provision and processing of your data is subject to your consent,as well as the performance of pre-contractual measures which may exist between the Pierre & Vacances - Center Parcs Group and candidates responding to job offers.

You may also withdraw your consent at any time. Your previously disclosed Data will then be deleted from all our databases. However, please note that any absence or refusal to communicate your Data cancels the application process.

This data is hosted in France and will be sent to the people in charge of recruitment within the Pierre & Vacances - Center Parcs Group to enable them to study your application.

As part of the processing described herein, all appropriate technical, organisational and security measures are taken against any unauthorised access to, alteration, disclosure, destruction and loss of your Data, which is hosted in data centres located within the European Union for the entire duration of the processing.

 

Unless otherwise stipulated by law, regulation or court decision, access to your data is strictly reserved for employees of the Human Resources department of the company you are applying to, and any other person specifically authorised to access it in the performance of their duties (particularly recruiters), as well as any subcontractors. Data may be transferred to the other companies of the Group with your consent.

 

The personal data of external candidates will be kept for a maximum period of 12 months. After this period, you will receive an email offering you the opportunity to update your Data. If you do not respond within 30 days, your Data will be deleted from our databases.For internal applications, personal data is kept for as long as the employee stays with the company.

We inform you that your personal data is computerised and processed confidentially, with guarantees that personal data put online will be kept secure and confidential.

As a subcontractor of the Pierre & Vacances - Center Parcs Group, the company Cegid is authorised to access your personal information when necessary, particularly as part of its administrative tasks and maintenance of the Company’s career site and the application management tool, but cannot communicate this data to its own subcontractors without obtaining the prior agreement of the Company. Cegid may be required to pass on your personal data to a judicial authority, at its request.

 

We remind you that in the context of the processing of your Data, and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 applicable from 25 May 2018 (hereinafter “GDPR”) and French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you have the following rights under the conditions specified in the GDPR. You can exercise your right to object for legitimate reasons at any time, as well as your rights to access, rectify, object, ask for portability, and delete your personal data by writing to the following address: support.haris@groupepvcp.com.
